Privacy policy
This policy follows your data along its path: where it comes from, why it is held, who else sees it, how long it stays, and what you can require us to do with it.
Where the data comes from
Most of it you give us directly: name, date of birth, address, email address, phone number and payment details at registration, plus the documents used for verification. The rest is generated by using the service — login times, device and browser type, pages viewed, deposits, stakes and withdrawal requests.
Why it is held
Identity and address data exist because operating in Great Britain requires knowing who holds an account and that they are old enough to hold one. Transaction data exists to run the cashier and to meet anti-money-laundering obligations. Play data supports safer gambling monitoring and helps us notice patterns that suggest a player is in difficulty.
Who else sees it
Payment providers receive what they need to move money. Verification services receive what they need to confirm identity. Game studios receive session data for the games you open. None of these parties receive your data for their own marketing, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.
How long it stays
Account and transaction records are retained for the period required after an account closes, because the obligation to be able to reconstruct a transaction outlives the relationship. Marketing preferences are deleted as soon as you withdraw consent. Verification documents are held for the retention period and then destroyed.
How it is protected
Connections are encrypted in transit. Access to personal data inside the business is restricted to staff whose role requires it and is logged. Payment card details are handled by payment providers rather than stored by us in full.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data held about you, ask for inaccurate data to be corrected, object to marketing, ask for data to be deleted where no legal obligation requires us to keep it, and ask for your data in a portable format. Requests are answered within the statutory period. If you are unhappy with the outcome, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Marketing
Marketing messages are sent only with consent and every message carries a one-click unsubscribe. Withdrawing consent stops promotional contact and does not affect service messages about your account.
